Continuing Education

EPI believes that employees are its most valuable asset. To that end, the Company offers a Continuing Education benefit to eligible employees. The Benefit can be used for professional certifications, degree completion, and or professional development as it pertains to the employee’s position at work. The maximum reimbursement amount is $2,500 per year and is subject to location caps.

To be eligible for the Benefit Employees must have been employed with the Company for a minimum of a year, or classified by the Company as benefits eligible – those employees working more than 30 hours per week on average. This Benefit is not available to part-time employees or interns.

Any employee who elects to participate in the benefit will be required to sign an agreement stating that they will reimburse the company the benefit amount should they leave the Company.
